We had a great experience. The best aspects were transportation and staff. The hotel was conveniently located, and transportation was readily available. Staff members were very cute and helpful in providing recommendations and directions. We were impressed with the hotel's facilities, including the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast spread.

I was amazed by the hotel's interior decoration, especially in the common areas like the lobby and lounge. the breakfast was sumptuous and well-prepared, which I appreciated. But unlike other facilities, the room and bathroom were poor in quality.
The hotel noise isolation left a lot to be desired, and it was impossible to sleep due to the constant baby crying and the sound of plastic covers rustling on the mattress.

The people working there were really friendly and willing to help us. Also, the location was really convenient, close to the main square and the local market. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served there every morning.
The beds were quite uncomfortable due to a plastic/vinyl cover that made a lot of noise every time we moved. Furthermore, we had trouble sleeping due to a crying baby at night. Additionally, we had to deal with some cooking smells coming from outside, which was not enjoyable. Plus, the hot water supply was non-existent, and the shower head was missing.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and parking which was convenient for our stay.
Our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The beds were extremely hard and the plastic/vinyl cover made crinkling noises every time we moved.
